Phil Schmidt - Realtor®

Phil is a lifelong resident of Modesto. Since 1974, he has been a Realtor® with PMZ Real Estate, successfully serving the real estate needs of Stanislaus County. Phil's philosophy is "developing clients for life," and he doesn't use the term loosely! He is dedicated to managing his clients money and interests as if they were his own. He continues to exceed his clients expectations with his professionalism, responsiveness, experiences and advocacy.

Phil received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economic from Fresno State University. He has been designated a Certified Residential Specialist by the Realtors® National Marketing Institute. He is a past member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Modesto, past Hospice Board Member, and currently a Director on the SOS Club Board of Directors.

He is a two time past President of the Central Valley Association of Realtors®, past director of the Central Valley Association of Realtors®, past director of the California Association of Realtors®, and active member of the California Association of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®. He holds memberships in the Central Valley Association of Realtors® and the Lodi Association of Realtors®.

Phil and his wife Therese reside in Modesto. They are avid fitness buffs, enjoy all water sports and have spent most of their lives enjoying their two daughters, Jill and Jody. Water Polo and Swim Meets have been their lives. They have no regrets! Family always comes first!
