Jill Schmidt Parks - Realtor®

Jill is a lifelong resident of Modesto. She attended local Schools and graduated from Grace Davis High School. She continued her education at U.C. Santa Barbara and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics with a minor in Sports Management. During her school years, Jill was a competitive swimmer and water polo player earning all American honors in water polo.

After graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara, she decided to put her business degree to use in real estate and so she obtained a California Real Estate license and began her professional real estate practice.

Jill is eager to assist all her clients and provide them with the level of service they expect and deserve. She's observed her Real Estate veteran father, Phil Schmidt, over the past 20 years and understands the time, dedication and commitment this profession demands. She is committed to the challenge and to live by the Schmidt Family philosophy!
